Dear Athlete,

We invite you to compete in the BoardStock XII (twelve) Pro Wakeboard competition event September 28th - 30th (optional practice sessions on the 27th).  The wakeboard cash purse will be a minimum of $25,000.  Our host facility is Konocti Vista Casino, Resort, Marina & RV Park on Clear Lake in Northern California (about 2 ¼ hours northwest of Sacramento or about 2 ¾ hours north of San Francisco).     

Last year BoardStock drew over 30,000 spectators and it received media attention from all over the world.  This year will be every bit as strong.  For more information we suggest you go to:  www.boardstock.com. 

Registration will fill quickly.  To register fill out the registration form and return it with your entry fee ASAP.  Any rider in the Top 15 on the “World Series Standings ” list as of August 15, 2007 will NOT be required to ride in the Friday Challenge Round, providing they are pre-registered by September 10th. 

We cannot stress the importance of registering and getting a hotel room reserved ASAP.  All hotels within a 50 mile radius sold out last year months before the event.  If you want help finding a room, fax or email us your registration and then call Cathy (425-868-3820) or email her at: cathy@boardstock.com TODAY!

Finally, if you compete in the Sunday finals, you must attend the TV awards ceremony.  They will be immediately following the conclusion of the final event of the day, which we estimate will be at about 5:00 pm (thanks to Daniel “Daddy” Watkins this should be at least a full hour earlier than last year).  So flying out late Sunday night, or better yet, sometime on Monday, October 1st makes the most sense.
