The following net room rates will be in effect during the Event. All rates quoted are based on single or double occupancy: Triple/Quad occupancy is an additional $10 per room per night. Friday & Saturday is a two-night minimum, no splitting weekend. Cove/Point Suites-Parking level only Single Occupancy: $310.00 Double Occupancy: $310.00 Triple Occupancy: $320.00 Quad Occupancy : $330.00 ***Children Under 14 and under are Free A resort fee of $27.00 per room per night will be charged to each occupied room. This fee includes the following: • Use of pool and towels • Use of private launch ramp • Use of 2 bicycles (based upon availability-seasonal) • 2 ½ hour waterpark passes per day (seasonal) • 2 bags of ice • Unlimited WIFI

When making reservation reference the “Nautique Southwest Regatta” and Group code “432534” All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling 1-800-892-2141 by Cut-Off Date. Any individual reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged the first nights room and tax. Group shall be responsible for informing its attendees of this policy in writing before reservations are made. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation with group at the time that reservation is made.
