<p><span style="font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;">From Belo Horizonte, Brazil (May 17, 2011) – Revista Ragga hosted the 2nd stop of the WWA Wakeboard World Series this past weekend, the Ragga Campeonato Mundial de Wakeboard, is one of the largest wakeboarding contest in the World and it proved it with elite wakeboarding from riders such as: Phil Soven (USA), Harley Clifford (AUS), and Nick Jones (USA). The field of international wakeboarders included a strong South American presence that amped the crowd. Each wakeboarder took their turn to impress the crowd of over 3,000 wake fans; and did so on pristine water conditions and a brand new rail specifically designed and built for the contest. Riders made the best of the 100’ of rail-riding material with back-lipslides, front-boardslides, and an array of presses. A dramatic stage was set for the final<span id="more-1644"></span> round of wakeboarding that consisted of defending WWA Wakeboard World Series Champion, Phil Soven, Australia phoneme, Harley Clifford, consistent competitor, Nick Jones, and long-time pro, Trevor Hansen. At the end of the day it was the Real-Deal, Phil Soven that stomped a solid run which included a Whirly 7 to seal the deal.
