Malibu Boats Rider Experience Central
The World Wake Association (WWA) and Malibu Boats are thrilled to unveil the return of the world’s premier regional amateur development event series. Reimagined for 2024, the Rider Experience Series returns with three stops across the U.S. Each stop will bring three action-packed days on the water.
Malibu Boat dealers in each region will host the WWA Rider Experience events. Beginning in the Eastern region and working its way across North America.
WHAT’S NEW for 2024:
Expanding to a THREE-DAY event due to the increased popularity of wakesports. This event in Rockford, IL will host ALL disciplines of Wakesports with the WWA Wake Park Regional Championships, a US Wake Park League event added to the lineup.
Day 2-3: WWA Regional Championships: Wakeboard, Wakeskate, Wakesurf, Foil and Wake Park and Features at WestRock Wake Park. WWA National Championships qualifying competition. Open to All ages, All abilities.
EVENT VENUE & PARKING:
We will be using the boat dock at the Nicholas Conservatory. The event site will be along the bike path to the South near the Rock Men statues. Participants will NOT be allowed to park in the Nicholas Conservatory parking lot. Please use the parking lot to the south along Ethell Ave. The following address will take you to the parking lot: 1040 N 2nd St #1, Rockford, IL 61107
