SC Rough Riders

In 2004, a group of local watersports enthusiasts started a grassroots effort to bring a top pro wakeboarder to Lake Murray. The effort was a success, and the group dubbed ‘The Rough Riders’ hosted a weekend with two pro wakeboarders in June 2005. In the following years, the event continued and gained support of local boat dealers and businesses. The Weekend With The Pros has grown to a two day event now attended by over 1,200 spectators.
