Registration is now open for the final stop of the Monster Energy Wake Park Triple Crown at the Ten-80 WWA US Wake Park Nationals. This is open registration for all riders that want to come out and enjoy the fun at Wake Nation outside Cincinnati, Ohio on September 17th,
18th & 19th.
Orlando, Fla. – Nearly 200 professional and amateur wake athletes from throughout six continents will be competing in Orlando this week, Aug. 19-22, at the Orlando Watersports Complex for the 17th annual ROCKSTAR WWA Wakeboard World Championships, presented by Supra. Riders from more than a dozen countries will vie for world titles in 21 divisions, separated by age and skill level.

There is less than 4 weeks to go before the Protest Cable Call and second stop of the WWA Wake Park World Series in the Netherlands, August 13-15, 2010. The weekend promises some spectacular action at the new Down Under Cableway & Wavesurfer www.downunderrecreatie.nl in Nieuwegein, Holland.
Top riders such as Nick Davies, Tom Fooshee and Lior Sofer have already confirmed their participation. More big names are expected including a number of Dutch riders such as Maxine Sapulette, Sjors van de Kerkhof and Mike Ketellapper.
This puts the spotlight on the Protest Cable Call! Never before have so many top riders travelled to the Netherlands for a wakeboard event. Dutch crowds should get ready for a wakeboard weekend of exciting tricks, pumping tracks provided by various DJs and an awesome party on Saturday.
The World’s Best Wakeskating Contest Is Back!
With the emerging growth of wakeskating in the past year, riders from all over the world are invited and encouraged to sign up for the 2010 Byerly Toe Jam Festival, taking place in Orlando, Florida on Saturday, September 11 at the Orlando Watersports Complex (OWC) during Surf Expo weekend.
As usual, event founder Scott Byerly designed the event to showcase wakeskating in all aspects, including wake riding, rail riding, cable park and winch pulls out of a custom pool-to-rail setup. With all the different areas to compete, there will be over $20,000 dollars up for grabs, made possible by Rockstar Energy Drink, O’Neill, Nike 6.0, Arnette and Nautiques.
An open qualifier will be held September 2-4 at OWC. For more info and recent updates, stay tuned to www.byerlytoejam.com.
*All athletes must check-in for the WWA Worlds at the host hotel the night before you ride.
The time you can check-in at the hotel will be:
Wednesday, August 18th 6-9pm
Thursday, August 19th 6-9pm
Friday, August 20th 6-9pm
If you do NOT check-in with us the night before you ride you MUST be on-site and have your registration paperwork completed the next day at
least one hour before your division is scheduled to start.

Tom Fooshee continued his reign on the cable at the second stop of the WWA Monster Energy Triple Crown presented by Alliance Wakeboard Magazine. On the final day of July 2010, the action was at Kansas City Watersports, where some of the best cable wakeboarders in the world turned out to vie for the title. Despite the best efforts of a global field of riders, Fooshee dominated in not only the pro finals, but the Ten-80 Obstacles only field as well.
The Monster Energy WWA Wake Park Triple Crown hits KC Watersports this weekend! As the 2nd stop of the series, this is going to be a killer event at KC with lots of riding from the likes of Nick Davies, Tom Fooshee, Lior Sofer, Bob Soven, Shane Bonifay, Jim LaRiche, Kyle Hyams, Keith Lyman, and Kevin Henshaw.
