NAUTIQUE WWA FLORIDA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS PRESENTED BY NAUTIQUE’S OF ORLANDO
All-New, three-day festival to offer all wake disciplines for all skill levels
Nautique Boats and The World Wake Association are proud to announce the inaugural Florida State Championships for riders in all wake sports including all ages and skill levels to compete and have fun together on June 16-18, 2023 in Auburndale, Florida.
“As with most of WWA’s new endeavors, this event is the start of something big for wake sports all over the country,” said Shannon Starling, president of the WWA. “We look forward to growing this program to other states. Enthusiasts outside of Florida are welcome to join and compete at the Florida State Championships and use this premiere event as the blueprint to replicate.”
This event is part of The Sunshine State Games which is an Olympic-style festival program created throughout Florida for amateur athletes and has hosted over 30 different sports and 200,000 participants since 1980. Many have gone on to fulfill Olympic dreams and championship glory. Thousands more have achieved personal goals and victories. They all have been a part of a great Florida tradition of amateur competition that symbolizes the true spirit of Olympic-style sports.
